Over the course of the last year, the Trailwood Board of Directors has been discussing ways to enhance the service provided to the community. As a result of these discussions, the Board has interviewed multiple companies that provide gate attendant and patrol services and has voted to change the service provider for Trailwood. Effective June 15, 2019, Allied Universal Security Services will take over the services currently provided by Nordic Security.
As part of the change in service providers, we are also upgrading the community’s visitor management system to DwellingLIVE. We have been working diligently behind the scenes to transfer all current resident, vehicle, guest, key fob and transponder data from our current system to the new DwellingLIVE system. In the very near future, communication will be distributed to all Owners with information on how to setup and manage their individual DwellingLIVE accounts. If you are a tenant of a property owner, the Owner of your property will need to provide you with this information once the letter is received.
We are anticipating a smooth transition with minimal inconveniences for the residents, however, with all significant changes we do anticipate some unexpected challenges. We will continue to work quickly to address issues as they are identified. 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday
6:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Guests may make use of the swimming pool/wading pool only
when accompanied by the resident host. Please make sure that
all guests are aware of and follow the community regulations.
- For safety reasons, the pool gate must remain closed and
latched at all times.
To reserve Trailwood Park please complete the Park Reservation Form. Once you have made your reservation a $100.00 deposit is required to hold the park until after it is cleaned up.

Park reservation time slots are 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Bounce houses ARE allowed.
If you have a bounce house Trailwood has to be named as an additional insured on the insurance from the bounce house company.
Submit your completed Agreement along with a $100.00 Deposit to Keystone Pacific in order to confirm your event. Please make checks payable to Trailwood Maintenance Association.
