The Community

Trailwood is a beautiful, guard gated community in the master-planned community of Northwood Pointe. Within the gates of Trailwood, the community includes seven different sub communities; Bainbridge, Cristal, Fairmont, Mahogany, Mayfield, Oakhurst, and Silverado.

Location

The community is located in Irvine, CA. Irvine is a city built to be one of the safest, master-planned, business-friendly communities in the country. Amenities

Trailwood residents enjoy private resort-style facilities for relaxation, entertaining, and play at its spacious Trailwood Park located centrally within the community. Trailwood Park’s amenities include a playground with tot lot, swimming pool with adjoining baby pool/wader, showers, restrooms, and barbeque areas.

In addition to Trailwood Park, residents enjoy use of all Northwood Pointe amenities including the Meadowood Park’s olympic swimming pool, children’s pool, playground and tot lot. Nearby Citrus Glen Park also located within Northwood Pointe offers tennis courts and a tot lot, as well as open space for play and relaxation.

Trailwood residents enjoy private access to the eucalyptus-lined Hicks Canyon Trail which winds through the village of Northwood. A major component of the city’s extensive network of trails, Hicks Canyon Trail and its verdant borders help fulfill resident’s longing for the outdoors.
